Reservations and Cancellations

To reserve a room, you may: Call us at 1-866-INN-3979 E-mail us at info@innoftwingables.com Or reserve on line by checking our availability and completing our reservation form. Deposit: At the time of booking, we require a 1-night deposit for a 1-6 night stay, 50% for stays of 7 nights or longer or multiple rooms. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Traveler's Checks, personal/business checks and cash are welcome for payment of balance. Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 handling fee. Earlier than 7 days prior to reservation (14 days for holiday bookings, special events and long term) there will be no additional charge for cancellations or changes. Within the 7 (14) days, for cancellations or shortening of stay, the guest is responsible for a minimum charge equal to one night's reservation and a maximum charge for each night the room remains vacant. No-Shows will be charged full reservation. Minimum Stays: A 2-3 night minimum stay is required on weekends and April through September. A 3-4 night minimum stay applies on holidays and weekends April through September, unless bookings allow for a shorter stay. If bookings allow for single night stays a surcharge of $15.00 may apply. Reduced rates: must be requested at the time of booking and may not be combined. Single Occupancy $10/night for mid-week (Sunday – Thursday, except holidays/special events) Multiple Night stays of 4 or more nights $10/night (except holidays/special events) Specials: Inn of Twin Gables offers several different specials for a variety of individuals and groups. Reservations for special rates must be requested by telephone or email and are offered only at the time of booking. Please note that specials may not be available at all times and especially during high season and holidays due to limited availability. Specials may not be combined. Capacity: Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Check-in is by appointment, after 4 pm, early or late check-in by prior arrangement only. Check out is 11:00 am. If you have a late departure scheduled, we can certainly store your baggage. Children 12 and over welcomed. Pets: We regret we are unable to accommodate your pets. There are 2 resident toy poodles that are not allowed in the guest rooms. Smoke-free: No smoking or use of candles or any open-flame products is permitted inside. Stairs: All guest rooms are on the 2nd floor and there are stairs entering from the parking area. All stairways have sturdy handrails and all guest must be able to climb stairs. · Sales Tax: Rates are subject to 8.9% Washington Sales Tax.

Our current rates range is $90 to $175 which vary according to season, holidays, number of guests in room (2 maximum), and length of stay. Please call toll-free, check our availability calendar or send us an email for a quote with regard to your specific travel plans. *Additional discounts may be available. Surcharge of $15.00 for single night stays, if booking allows.
