Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are required with credit card guarantee
We require the first night’s stay, as a deposit on the room for 1-3 night stay and 50% for longer stays or multiple rooms, at the time of booking, that may be charged to Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or paid with a personal check or money order
All cancellations subject to a $25.00 handling fee
Earlier than 7 days prior to reservation (14 days for holiday bookings, special events and long term) there will be no additional charge for cancellations or changes
Within the 7 (14) days, for cancellations or shortening of stay, the guest is responsible for a minimum charge equal to one night’s reservation and a maximum charge for each night the room remains vacant
No-shows will be charged for full reservation
Two-night minimums on weekends and three-night minimums on holidays and high season weekends unless bookings allow for a shorter stay
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Traveler’s Checks, personal/business checks welcome
