Located on a hill just north of downtown, Queen Anne, with many exotic restaurants and specialty shops, is just minutes from Seattle Center, downtown and universities.

Elliot bay is nearby offering all of the water related activities Puget Sound has to offer. Marinas just a few miles away give you access to fishing and boating activities. You can rent a boat with many amenities such as marine stereo speakers.
